An Introduction to the Science of Reading - Free Parent Session

Wednesday 9 February 2022 9:30AM - 11:30AM

The “Science of Reading” refers to the research that reading experts (including cognitive scientists and psychologists) have conducted on how we learn to read.
This workshop is both informative and practical. It provides parents and caregivers with an accessible overview of the science of reading and also offers attendees a number of evidence-informed strategies that will support the development of language and literacy in the home.

Late cancellation (less than 48 business hrs) will necessitate the Foundation deducting an administration fee of $25.00 and transferring the balance to another Professional Learning Course.
